I found this on the RNY board. Still being preop myself (4/18, woohoo! 
) I am not qualified to answer questions, but there are plenty of you who are. I noticed that this poor guy only got one answer and needs two. I know how it is to call people you don't know on the phone. I'm even really uncomfortable myself calling BUSINESSES on the phone sometimes.
So go ahead, send this guy a message and let him know about your experience. It would probably make his day.
