Daily Post/Stubborn Lb
Morning all! I have lost 2 lb! Ok yeah I know it's JUST 2 lb but it's GREAT to be a LOSER again! WAHOO! I'd been 171 lb for a while and higher at points! It's proof eating right, getting in my WATER (yes water cause for some reason it's been tasting YUMMY) and pushing the protein and backing off da bread! I'm getting in at least 64 oz of water (4 bottles which I THOUGHT was a pain but NOT) and my vitamins. K I'm done just thought I'd share!
How will you move your body today?
House cleaning a daily thing which I've turned into fun for me and our buggas. Nora is still too little but thinks it's funny when I use the sweeper on the carpet. She tries to chase after it. Kayla & I dance to music while cleaning up. I'm working with her on making her bed and putting things back in the right places and folding some laundry and putting it up. My bugga is going to school in September!

Yesterday I had oatmeal for breakfast. For lunch I made me a tastyful salad. I took greens as da base, tore up some turkey slices, added some bacos and Light Done Right Ranch dressing and Y-U-M-M-Y! For dinner I had a sammich wheat bread minus the crust w/ turkey cheese and ketchup (I gotta thing for ketchup). That's ALL the bread I'm having this week. In between for snacks I had jello and grapefruit.

I'm at 289.02 this morning... down from 291 yesterday...
I've taken 3 walks today that I usually don't take... our campus here at work is very large and I have been parking further away...

Hey Gorgeous! Well, I add you to the list and your part of the deal is to keep me updated on your weight loss/progress. I do this post daily but ask for updates basically once a week. You can handle that right? I will start you in Friday's am post!
