Morning all! Sorry for the lateness of the daily post but I slept in a bit then had to take Mom to the docs. How will you move your body today? House work and more exercises. Gonna go walking this pm. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? About to take them now. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Working on a bottle of water now and by the end of the day x4 and coffee in between. No 7-11 coffee though making my own here at home which is a switch. Still not the same but cheaper. Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
