Daily Post/Stubborn Lbs
Morning all, it's Monday! Everyone remember to move their clocks forward an hour? How was your weekend? Ours was nice and slow. We are still working on getting better. We did get outside quite a bit and did some things around the house.
How will you move your body today?
I've managed to walk the past 3 days although no where near 2 miles per day but it's better than nothing. I still don't have my energy levels any where near what I am used to but I'm working on it. Today more walking and some exercises around the house. Squats and leans and free weights.
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
FINALLY they are being nice to me the last 2 days so yes I am getting them ALL in once again.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Had coffee for the 1st time in 15 days yesterday. Got a 24 oz. cup could only drink 1/2. Isn't the worst thing in the world. Everything still tastes funny though. Pushing water and Crystal Light and some diluted Gatorade.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Food and I are not really getting along. It's like I've just had surgery and I'm starting all over again with the learning to eat process. Again, it isn't a bad thing.
