exercise?? who me?????

OK everyone, this may seem like a very small thing, but I just walked 1.2 miles at a 5.5 degree incline on my treadmill. My feet are screaming at me and my deodorant is asking for overtime pay. So here is the plan, I will try to walk everyday. I hope to up the distance each time, but... just a little. If I had any energy, I would do a cathy

Hi Cathy! I try to walk everyday and each day I increase it further. It helps to have a portable radio or cd player...heck, I have a tape player and play my old tapes...got slow at first...it takes awhile for you body to catch up.... Hugs, Betsy

yeaaa -- good for you Cathy. I have made a 'goal' with another group to try to walk 60 miles for the month of April. Yikes!! I don't think I'll do the incline though, that's a killer~!! Good job!! love donna
