Thanks to all for all the good wishes! I was chatting with a friend at lunch and realized I actually weigh 198. I am such a dim wit in the early morning. My scale has lines for every 2 pounds, so the line below 200 is 198. At work today I tried on a new coaching warm-up. It is a Medium, an extra lkeft over from a team purchase several years ago. it is amply cut, so probably really a Large. BUT. I was wearing the XL which was really XXL. The moral of the story is that i am down 2 sizes in tops!! I have the new top on now. A top which actually fits!! Oh FRABJOUS day, callou callay!!
