Morning all,
How about some updates from everyone on their weight status??? I've not really heard too much. Hope everyone is doing well.
Yep, we're still trying to beat down the Flu Fairy. She's attacking our oldest now. I'm calling this am and hopefully we can get her on meds so it's not as nasty for her (lucky lil' bugga). Nora & I are feeling better for the first real day since about 8 days ago.
How will you move your body today?
As much as I can. I got lots to prepare for.
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
I am surely working on it this am.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?

Wooohoooo - I finally have an UPDATE to report. Nothing big and exciting, but as long as it's inching down, I'll hollar, scream and cheer the loudest!!

Got a LOT of walking in last week when Mom was in town. We averaged about 5 miles each day, 4 days in a row - then more walking in with Wendy G., 3 miles one day, then another 6 miles with Paul the following day.
Yep - I still HATE exercising, but I'm cool with MOVEMENT and walking outside (verses my stupid treadmill that's downstairs in the den) is so much more fun!

Oh and here is a "mantra" of sorts that I saw on another message board that I just LOVE. It helps me to realize that ANYTHING I do, even if it's not a structured GYM routine is a positive thing.
Very simple and true: "Any movement is IMPROVEMENT"

I didn't get breakfast this morning, woke up late and had a dr appt I had to rush to but when I got home...I had some low fat soup with added stuff. Yummy. Have no idea what I am going to have for dinner though. Anyone want to take me out???? hehe
