Sorry bout the lateness of the daily post however, I'm really not feeling well today.
So...
How will you move your body today?
As little as possible truth be told other than quite possibly a trip to the doc's office.
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
Working on it
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Pushing them but just feel awful
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Food is NOT my friend this am

Good morning Kat
Nothing new to report here, I seem to be bouncing around the same pounds for the past 2 months, but I am increasing my excersise so we shall see if that helps. I am also trying to bring lunch from home and such, and the vitamins are going good (Especially the calcium in the evenings, that new chewable is like dessert to me, not sure if that is good or bad, but I am enjoying it!!)
June is 3 months away....can we make our goals in that time in order to sport a bathing suit?? I need a new one anyways, I guess, I am not going to sweat it too much. I might just be done with loosing, as long as I dont gain, I will be fine and happy with myself

Ugh I am the same as well. My clothes are a bit looser but the scales don't budge. I am going to keep working on it and we'll see what happens. It seems as if I've been obsessing over losing the weight and worrying with it everyday. I'm not weighing myself but once every 2 weeks and I'm uping my exercise as well. We'll see...
