I'm extra sleepy this am. Our lil' buggas don't feel well. Gonna walk of course.

Not yet...not even coffee UGH

How will you move your body today?
I did some walking this morning before the rain and I also attempted some excersise after I got home..
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
YEP
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Had three protein drinks, water
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Breakfast was a protein drink
Lunch was opps...I forgot to eat lunch
Dinner..had a salad
