Morning Buggas! How was your weekend? Mine was good. Shopping, eating, drinking...in all it was nice. Have some great convos and enjoyed friends and family. So... How will you move your body today? I'm extra sleepy this am. Our lil' buggas don't feel well. Gonna walk of course. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? 1st 1/2 going down. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Not yet...not even coffee UGH Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Hi Sunshine...I am finding that answering this is better in the evening... How will you move your body today? I did some walking this morning before the rain and I also attempted some excersise after I got home.. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? YEP Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Had three protein drinks, water Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
