Well, sunshine, I still am at 182...hopefully after this weekend of walking and excersising I will change that. Happy St. Patty's day to you too.

I am starting out the day with a protein drink and then lots of water

Not sure what I am going to eat today but you can be sure, I will make healthy choices...I want to move that scale!!!!!!
