Happy St. Patrick's Day! Hope it brings ya'll much luck. I'm Irish, Scottish and English so I'll for sure be downing somethin' in da drinks department to celebrate me heritage! How will you move your body today? I will get in TONS of walking today and this weekend! WAHOO! Shake it baby shake it! Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? 1st 1/2 going down! 2nd 1/2 in the pm. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Of course 7-11 10/10 goin' down! Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Breakfast will be on the go this am. Nothing to be sorry about, who knows, maybe it was ESP at work? With a lil bit of luck, I'll MOVE my body so much these next few days that the next time I report in, I'll be back where I started? A girl can dream - although I guess it's ACTION, not dreaming that get's results, huh?

Well, sunshine, I still am at 182...hopefully after this weekend of walking and excersising I will change that. Happy St. Patty's day to you too. How will you move your body today?
