Yep - Ive put on a couple of the pounds I'd lost LAST month. Nah, stress eating doesn't still rear it's ugly head after surgery, NOT! My "The Sky is Falling" weight gain was always bench marked at 20 lbs, I'm currently at a 14.5 gain and it's freaking me OUT!
...gotta love this ONGOING battle we call LIFE! I can't wait for warmer temps to kick in, I hate the "E" word in a gym atmosphere but love to stay active (walking, biking, swimming) during the summer months. Maybe that'll HELP jumpstart the loss - I'm worse then a bear in the winter months and need little to NO excuse to go into hibernation mode.
