Morning Buggas! How are ya? It's a *****illy this am but still as beautiful as I'd hoped it would be. We've got a few additions and updates to Stubborn Lbs. Welcome Lacey! Susan has updated as well w/ a 3 lb loss. Ok the rest of us need to get in our updates! How will you move your body today? Oh we will be out and about today for sure. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? 1st 1/2 going down in a minute. 2nd 1/2 in the pm Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Working on 7-11 10/10 now water (blech but for some reason tastes real good lately) and Crystal Light Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? How will you move your body today? Going to the gym tonight...ladeeda! Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? I'm finished with the morning group...still have afternoon and evening. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Drinking a small latte...next is water Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Dannon Light N Fit and a profect vial...mmmmm, tasty! PS. I'm down half a pound today...hahahahaha! Does that even count???
