Morning Buggas! My youngest bugga has had me up since bout 3:20 and she's been back to sleep bout a 1/2 hour but I'm up now. Dang it! How will you move your body today? The Drizzle Fairy is visiting so looks like I'll walk if it clears up some. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? A lil' later in the am. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Nothing yet Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? good morning, Sunshine....the drizzle fairy was here this morning but looks like it might clear up down here. I hope so but it sure is windy...I am afraid my tin roof is going to blow off...hehe How will you move your body today? I am going to try to get a walk in later plus attempt to clear out the extra bedroom....that will be a job in itself. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? Chewing as I type Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Drinking Crystal light and water Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Hi, Kat! I know I'm new and don't really have any stubborn pounds, but it feels like I do! Plus, it would be fun just to keep myself accountable. How will you move your body today? I'll go to the gym with my roomie. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? took the first bunch, take the rest before bed. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? 2 tall lattes 1.5 bottles of water Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? 1/2 banana w/ peanut butter profect a few bites of meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes LB Date: March 14 Current Weight: 210 (I want to lose those dumb 11 lbs before march is over) Goal Weight: 140 lbs. lost: 0
