Daily Post/Stubborn Lbs.
Morning buggas! How was your weekend? Ours was nice. Hubs & I got in our walks and I enjoyed the girls while he was away. I managed to get in some reading Sun while the girls played together and re-did my OH profile to include some more pictures. I'm proud of my work as it did it all by myself. In case you are wondering my head is doing much better this am. FYI-I've added my daily regimen outline on my profile as well. I think it will help many of us. Take a look.

How will you move your body today?
Hubs will be working ALL am/pm for the next 3 days so my walks will be in the am most likely. Back to normal on Thurs and he's off Fri so we'll be going together again. Trust me he gets in his walking in the warehouse.
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
1st 1/2 going down. 2nd 1/2 in the pm.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Working on my coffee now! Crystal Light and CIB to follow.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
This am will be yogurt and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. Dinner and supper are undecided.

Okay - Kat...I just got in trouble...I just sat here and read your entire profile again! I was supposed to be working and Jon caught me! Oh, well...you are awesome!!! Thank you SO much for your kind words. They truly mean so much. It feels so good to know that I am still making a difference in others lives. I love this forum and OH and all those I've met and continue to have as friends. It's been a amazing journey and it just keeps going!
