Morning Buggas! I'm doing much better this am. Headache is almost gone. Yesterday was marvelous epsecially weather wise. Got the buggas outside and we enjoyed the sunshine.

Yep, 7-11 10/10 coffee then of course Crystal Light.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
For breakfast a CIB and yogurt. For lunch most likely a small salad and chili. Prolly some string cheese for one snack and fruit for the other. Dinner is a ????? mystery.
