Daily Post/Stubborn Lbs.
Morning Buggas! H-A-P-P-Y H-U-M-P D-A-Y! How's your week been so far? Mine been chock full of retraining my body to eat and drink better. I'm proud of myself as I've had NO bread well, cept for 2 packs of crackers in my Wendy's Chili yesterday. I've cut OFF the sweets completely and am focusing BIG TIME. Hubs and I are walking and will start incorporating our buggas more often. He pulls Kayla in the wagon and I push Nora in the stroller. Fun fun! We all get fresh air and we are providing a healthy/good example for our girls that exercise is a good thing! I am NOT getting on the scales but once a week because it will drive me NUTS! We are getting a digital scale this weekend instead of this ridiculous step on me and it's something different each time thing.

Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
1st 1/2 going down here in a few minutes. 2nd 1/2 in the pm.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Of course 7-11 10/10 going down now then Crystal Light and bumping things up even more with going back to Carnation Instant Breakfast adding non-fat dry milk in addition to 2% (yes I AM using 2% but am going back to skim I think) to give me some extra protein.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
My meals are consisting of as much protein I can take. Crab legs, chili, yogurt, fish for dinner last night, sliced deli meat with cheese and I've been eating veggies as well. I'm avoiding those hideous carbs. BLECH!
