Morning buggas! How was your weekend? Mine? VERY eventful as usual but all good!
SO....
How will you move your body today?
Well, hubs and I did NOT walk in the lovely cool wind yesterday...we are choosing Sun as our day off anyhow being that it's what we've deemed our "family" day and has been for a while. This evening we are going.
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
1st 1/2 down. 2nd 1/2 this pm.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Working on my 7-11 10/10 coffee now the Crystal Light.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Will have a yogurt and some cheese cubes in about a 1/2 hour.
Lunch will be Flounder and dinner will be chili which I'm preparing in the crockpot.
