Morning Buggas! Going to see my friend Beth today! Hopefully I'll get to visit Michael as well! I'll report back when I get back home. My hubs & I walked together last night! WAHOOOOO!

I did well yesterday. Had a protein bar in the am followed by some cheese cubes for a snack. For lunch I had tilapia and a caesar salad. Snack was more cheese cubes. Dinner was a small Wendy's chili and a few tostitos.

I have done ok...had some cheese this morning and then a protein drink...I do need to eat something though..I do keep forgetting. I will eat something good for me tonight...
