Morning Buggas! Going to see my friend Beth today! Hopefully I'll get to visit Michael as well! I'll report back when I get back home. My hubs & I walked together last night! WAHOOOOO! How will you move your body today? Hubs & I will walk together again this evening! Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? 1st 1/2 and meds going DOWN! Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Getting ready to drink my 7-11 10/10 coffee then Crystal Light Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? I did well yesterday. Had a protein bar in the am followed by some cheese cubes for a snack. For lunch I had tilapia and a caesar salad. Snack was more cheese cubes. Hi There, Sunshine.....Hope you are having a wonderful weekend..thank you for the sweet card...I really needed that.. How will you move your body today? I just got back from a long walk... I have done ok...had some cheese this morning and then a protein drink...I do need to eat something though..I do keep forgetting. I will eat something good for me tonight...
