Daily Post/Stubborn Lbs
Morning Buggas! Well, imagine this. I have gone BACK to 170 (4.5 lb off AGAIN) and it's due to water weight gain/not getting in enough food and fluids. I'm working on that.
How will you move your body today?
Hauling rear like I did yesterday I'm guessing. Going to see Beth & Michael @ the hospital today! I've known her and her family for YEARS! She is truly amazing! I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Michael but I will hopefully today!
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?

24 oz 7-11 10/10 coffee then all eyes on Crystal Light
