BMI

I am so happy today. I went on the BMI calculator today and put in my height and weight and it is 49.9 and it said that it is extremely obese not when I first started at 374, at 62.2 it said Super obese. woohooo.

CONGRATS Kat!!!! We started with similar stats (my BMI was just shy of 60) and this was ONE of those situations in life where taking "SUPER" outta' my description was worth celebrating! Thanks for sharing your special moment with us - your happiness is contagious, loved it!!! .

That is amazing!!!!! I started out this time with a BMI of 48.4 extremly obese to a BMI of 36.90 just obese as of this morning and I can't tell you how thrilled I am .... Hugs, Betsy
