Walk and clean...worked out in the yard this afternoon...

Had my first this morning and getting ready to take the second.

Been drinking lots of water and sf Tang
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
This am I had a piece of cheese, for lunch a nice bowl of cream of Broccoli soup and for dinner I am eating a nice piece of steak. Yum.

=> Still on baby vitimans - yes one gone. One to go.

=> Very hard to do this. Still looking for something that goes
=> down easy and I like. I know.....water, water, water.....

=> Instant cream of wheat. Yumm!
