I have one stinkin pound to report as a loss. Better then nuttin I guess. It will prob. be back tomorrow, but this AM it's gone, So I will celebrate it. Thanks for keep'en us on track. Susan

Vitamins down, will work on water and getting some type of exercise..probably just a short walk at lunch...major final tonight so I need some good luck! You changed my weight...but left me at zero lost...I've lost 7lbs...woo hoo! Jen

Hi Sunshine....We will get these stubborn pounds off together! How will you move your body today? Walk and clean...worked out in the yard this afternoon... Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? Had my first this morning and getting ready to take the second. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Been drinking lots of water and sf Tang Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? This am I had a piece of cheese, for lunch a nice bowl of cream of Broccoli soup and for dinner I am eating a nice piece of steak. Yum. Love ya bunches.. Betsy

Tracy here. How will you move your body today? Walk around the complex at lunch today 3 times. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? => Still on baby vitimans - yes one gone. One to go. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? => Very hard to do this. Still looking for something that goes => down easy and I like. I know.....water, water, water.....
