WOW Moment for me!!!!

Just shouting out in cyberspace about what the scales said this am. I have been at a lull for about 2weeks hovering around 250. This morning I woke up, stepped on the scale, and it read 240. Oh what a happy day!!! It has been 5 months and 1 day since WLS and my goal was to have lost 100 lbs by then. I started out at 343 1 day pre-op and as I said before the scale read 240 this am. I still have about 40lbs to go for my goal but this has been one wonderful ride. Thanks for all the support from everyone. All together I have lost approx 133 lbs as I was 373 last Jan before I started to lose to have the WLS. Have a great day!!!! Jeff Byrd 373/240/200? P.S. I will try to update a pic soon.

I am so proud of you Jeff...that is wonderful. I have stalled and am waiting for my wow moment but I know it will come. Missed seeing you in Charlottesville, sorry you were sick and sure hope you feel better. Hugs, Betsy

Congrats to you, Jeff: What a wonderful feeling to have lost so much weight and to have the scale move that much after a lull. You may have me as a neighbor soon.
