Morning Buggas! Kitty Kat is BACK! I want to thank everyone for the well wishes and messages of concern. I'm better a little each day and with my amazing family and friends I'm smiling for once in a long time. Thanks for always being here even when I'm down I'm NOT out.

How will you move your body today?
Well, yesterday I walked 4 miles and it was WONDERFUL! I am walking 2 miles on Tues and Thurs and 4 miles on Mon & Wed. WAHOO! GUUUDDDBBBYYYEEEE WEIGHT!!!!!
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?
1st 1/2 going down in a few minutes.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Yeppers 7-11 10/10 going down smooth
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Going to breakfast with my mom and our buggas this am. Getting out of the house FINALLY!

Hi Little Ms Sunshine...Glad to see you back. I for one am having a terrible time with the scales...I am gaining...yuck. I can see that this is going to be a battle for me...I am eating all the right stuff...excersising and all...just don't understand...

It is a beautiful day outside and I am going to go for a walk around the new neighborhood.
