Thanks, sweet Betsy! I'm planning on calling tomorrow. I have been so fortunate so far, knock on wood! I just don't think that this amount of pain is normal. I hope you are doing well and settled in at your new home. I can't wait to see you on Saturday. I still look the same, but I'll bet you've changed since Richmond (although you were beautiful then, too!) JoAnn

My first question was going to be about your gallbladder, too. Severe pain right after eating reminds me of that. Hope you get some help from your doctor today. Love, Lois

Hey JoAnn Sorry to hear you have been feeling poorly. I won't even attempt to give a diagnosis, but I hope the Doctor has something to help you out. (Since when did you worry about eating...I thought "liquid" nourishment was all we needed) I really wanted to get together with the Charlottesville group this weekend...TOTALLY enjoyed the fun time in Richmond with you and Holly...but things here have been hectic. Unfortunately my 38 year old brother had a massive stroke out in Utah and I have been trying to keep things together with the family. I am leaving again this weekend to drive up to PA to meet my Mother and then fly back out to Utah. My brother has brain damage due to the stroke, then the word the other day is that there is now bleeding on the brain and other internal bleeding. It's been one step forward then two steps back since this happened. He is single and was working out there, so it's been hard on my Mom being so far away. I know if it were one of my "babies"...no matter how old...I would be a basket case. Sooooo....once things settle down I definitely want to get together. It's always nice to make new friends...but even nicer to spend time with them. To all that are going...have a GREAT time!!!! Sue I misplaced your e-mail address...so when you get a minute write me: [email protected]

Hi I have had a few of those episodes and its usually that something has gotten stuck! If I can make myself throw up (not recommending that to anyone so don't EVEN start!!!) I feel better immediately...just a little drained. I do feel a little wiped out afterwards but the pain is resolved. Have you tried Papaya Enzyme? Is it with anything you eat or just specific things? Hope you feel better...and push those fluids until you can talk with your doc. love ya wanda PS...slow down!!!

Hi, Wanda! I see you still have that kitty coming out of your head! It doesn't fell like anything is stuck, but I almost did throw up after the pain hit yesterday. I think it's with anything I eat except for protein bars. Yum! I have never heard of Papaya Enzyme. What does it do? I know......I eat too fast! JoAnn

The Papaya Enzyme tablets are digestive aids. They are made out of the same thing as meat tenderizer. I got mine at health food store. Remind me and I can bring you some Saturday. They taste good and you can either chew them up or just swallow them. I use them after eating meat sometimes. Shannon

You can get them at Wally World, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe.... it helps with digesting meat but I have used them to aid with cheese too... it just helps with discomfort. Call your doc today just to cover your bases... wanda
