I have read that some people use the sugar free DaVinci syrups and I was wondering what are some different ways to use them in recipes? I was looking at the website and they have some yummy sounding flavors, but I am unsure HOW to use them. I am not a coffee drinker, but do you mix the syrups in water, milk, etc?? HELP! Stacy

Hello Stacy - You might want to save yourself the shipping costs and just make a trip over to TJ Maxx (on VaBeach Blvd) or over to MARSHALLS (near Lynnhaven Mall) and pick up some sugar free syrups there? They have the really large bottles of it for about $5, no shipping and normally a variety of flavors. It's a hit and miss as to what's normally stocked, because it's the "overage" that tends to make it to the stores. Ive bought caramel, german chocolate, almond, vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate, strawberry, etc at both of these stores -- although it's not the DaVinci brand, it's just as good and much cheaper (plus minus shipping). As far as a recipe? I don't have one - I just mix whatever Im in the mood for that day. My typical protein drink is something mixed with iced coffee - so I tend to add the flavors that works better with coffee. When Im not using the coffee based shake - then I add the syrups with half and half (water and milk) some ice, scoop of protein (normally vanilla, since it blends well with lots of different flavors) and drink up. Have fun with 'em. ~ Lei .
