my letter to Tricare (insurance)

Kristen, I just wanted to let you know that if you have a problem with Tricare you need to go through your congressman...it's the only way things are going to get answered in a timely manner. I just got through working at the Tricare Document Management Division so I know a little bit about how it works. Letters from Congress always get attention and priority. Jen
