Morning Buggas! Well, I got me some Bronchitis biting my rear. DANG IT! Anyhow I updated my weight info below. Dunno WHY I had 167 listed as the current weight that was old. But, I've gone from 170 lb to 166 lb!

I'm gettin' the heck outta here today! Gotta run a couple errands and get the rest of this house cleaned up. GRRRR! Dam Lazy is gettin' the boot up her arse today!

Gonna have me some scrambled eggs with cheese this am after my coffee. Yum! Dunno bout lunch might be Wendy's Chili and/or a/some salad. For dinner I'm diggin' seafood so we'll see.

Just got back from the gym, only did 30mins...but got in 2.25 miles, guess that isn't too bad, could be better I guess.

Just took my multis....later I will take iron and B12
