Morning Buggas! Wowsers congrats to some recent lb dropages! WAHOO! How will you move your body today? Have to admit I've been a lazy bum lately. UGH! Been dealing with the snot squad and yet another round of what's progressed to flippin' bronchitis! GRRRRR! Is like I'm in a well. But, today will be cleaning and hopefully lunch with a friend! Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? 1st 1/2 GONE baby! Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? 8 oz. of coffee GONE! Talked with Tink last night and she made some suggestions I'm gonna try as well as reading Lei's post from last am. I'm gonna get this mess off me! Thanks ladies! Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Gotta eat more. Honestly most days I'm lucky if I get in 2 meals and any little snacks. GRRRR! Beating the snot squad is hard too. How will you move your body today? Well if you consider walking to class moving, yea I did. Haven't been to the gym since Friday, gotta get my ass moving. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? Multi's down, the rest later. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Have a yummy shake sitting next to me right now...then I will have to grab coffee on the way to class. Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? not yet....maybe later

. YOU CAN DO IT KAT, you're worth it!!!! Bring that belief back into FOCUS and the rest will fall into place! Sometimes it's as simple as MIXING up your routine. I believe our bodies become so used to the routine we feed/give it that with time it goes into the dormant mode. Im not sure what your daily routine is, but maybe just making one or two adjustments will be enough to kickstart the loss again. You already know the changes Ive made to mine, NONE of which were earth shattering or difficult but thankfully it appears to be working. -- Lei
