Have to admit I've been a lazy bum lately. UGH! Been dealing with the snot squad and yet another round of what's progressed to flippin' bronchitis! GRRRRR! Is like I'm in a well. But, today will be cleaning and hopefully lunch with a friend!

Gotta eat more. Honestly most days I'm lucky if I get in 2 meals and any little snacks. GRRRR! Beating the snot squad is hard too. BLAH!

How will you move your body today? Well if you consider walking to class moving, yea I did. Haven't been to the gym since Friday, gotta get my ass moving.
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? Multi's down, the rest later.

YOU CAN DO IT KAT, you're worth it!!!! Bring that belief back into FOCUS and the rest will fall into place!
Sometimes it's as simple as MIXING up your routine. I believe our bodies become so used to the routine we feed/give it that with time it goes into the dormant mode.
Im not sure what your daily routine is, but maybe just making one or two adjustments will be enough to kickstart the loss again. You already know the changes Ive made to mine, NONE of which were earth shattering or difficult but thankfully it appears to be working.
