As little as possible. I've done something lovely to my back.

About to take the 1st 1/2.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
About to get my coffee.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Gonna have some hard boiled eggs for breakfast along with some milk. Dunno about lunch. Dinner is gonna to be left over roast, tatters and carrots from the crockpot IF there is any left.

Morning chick! Ughhh, its too damn early...didnt' wanna drag my ass out of bed....put homework off yesterday till 9pm...and realized there was way too much and was up till 3 or so, why do I do that??
How will you move your body today? Gonna hit the gym later today.....hopefully put an hour in on the treadmill..

Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Mixing up crystal light to take to class...might stop for coffee too!
