Morning Buggas (since I've come to realize there are some from other states who visit/lurk here)! So... How will you move your body today? As little as possible. I've done something lovely to my back. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? About to take the 1st 1/2. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? About to get my coffee. Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Gonna have some hard boiled eggs for breakfast along with some milk. Dunno about lunch. Morning chick! Ughhh, its too damn early...didnt' wanna drag my ass out of bed....put homework off yesterday till 9pm...and realized there was way too much and was up till 3 or so, why do I do that?? How will you move your body today? Gonna hit the gym later today.....hopefully put an hour in on the treadmill.. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? Taken my multi's as we speak..... Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Mixing up crystal light to take to class...might stop for coffee too! Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
