I made it thru the rain.......

Had my surgery yesterday to repair a hernia, and move back some misplaced bowel Still not feeling great, but I know better days are coming. I want to thank all my well wishers and support people from the bottom of my heart!!!! You guys ROCK!!!!! Hopefully I'll be going home today. Thanks again!! LOVE YOU AL!!! Sharon

That's great news Sharon - glad to hear things went well and hopefully you'll be PAIN FREE and on the road to recovery, soon! Don't forget to UP your protein supp's during this time frame - it'll help with the recovery and healing and give your body much needed nutrients that you might not otherwise be able to get through foods. oH SWEET THANG ... I am so glad to see you posting . Please from a hernia queen here ..I have had 12 of these suckers .. Pre-RNY .. TAKE IT EASY PLEASE ... these types of hernias can be really dangerous . And like Lei said.. up your protein .
