Good morning VA Buggas! How was ur weekend(s)? Mine for once was very nice. We vegged in the house except for one trip to the store for coffee ! I celebrated my 3rd WLS anniversary with my family. I managed to read some of my book and actually watch a movie all the way through. That NEVER happens! Thanks to my hubs for taking care of the buggas. Miss Congeniality ROCKS! So... How will you move your body today? GRRRRR I have NOT been walking like I should but never fear I HAVE to. My body says I suck right now. Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? About to down the 1st 1/2. Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Yum yum working on my coffee now... Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Breakfast is soon to follow...gonna have a couple hard boiled eggs ***STUBBORN LBS.*** -tell others! Let them join us. We need to work together as a family and get these lbs OFF! Kat, I'm gonna try responding to you every day and see if that will help me be more accountable and eliminate some more of those pounds!!!
