I have 3 pounds to go until I am no longer considered obese! I started my journey at 267. I currently weigh 183. That is 84 pounds in 4 and a half months! In just 3 pounds my bmi will drop enough to where I am no longer considered obese. I am still feeling rotten, but this news has cheered me up muchly and just when I needed it the most.
