Shoe Sizes
I went to Rack Room shoes today to buy 2 new pairs of Nikes, one for my everyday wear and another pair to exercise in. I noticed in my old Nike's my feet have been sliding around a little. Prior to the surgery, I wore an 11. But I tried on a 10 today and they fit, just a tad big. I tried on a 9.5 and they fit!! WOW. I know we lose weight everywhere, but I never thought of my feet as being fat.

Yep, that happens Before surgery I was a 9 1/2 and when I went shoe shopping for the conference yesterday, I swore I was an 8 1/2, but I put on a pair, and they were sliding around, had to go to an 8. Still wide width though, they have always and will continue to be W I D E
loosin weight all over good for you!

With my last weight gain in 2004 (lost weight in 2003), I actually had to go up 1/2 a size. I had been a 12 since I was 13 years old. I weighed anywhere from 170 to 270 in the same shoe size until 2004.
Anyway, I was happy as the weight came off to get back into my 12s however...I lost more than that. My 12s are flopping! Imagine that. Weird since I've weighed this amount before in my life and was a 12. Cannot say I understand...
I went to DSW and tried on 11s and they are too small. They had no 11.5s to try. They aren't easy to find but 12s are too big. Never thought I'd have harder times getting shoes now then in my lifetime of size 12s but 11.5 takes the cake! Many manufacturers if they make bigger sizes don't do half sizes over 10.
Oh well!
