Morning VA Buggas! How was your Tues? Mine was pretty good!
Got my walk in making 2 days in a row for 2 miles this week among other heart racing activities . Got in all my vits and fluids but lacked in the protein/foods area. Today is a new day and another day to get it right.
Today our Nora is 9 months old!

How will you move your body today?
Going for my walk of course then working around the house doing my wifey/double momma chores.
Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins?

Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Yeppers- 7-11 10/10 coffee...working on it now...gonna to switch to Rasberry Ice Crystal Light today...CIB's with milk and non-fat dry milk added for extra protein
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Dunno about breakfast yet but lunch will be sliced turkey and cheese wrapped in lettuce w/ a lil' mayo (made these last night) and dinner is Lasagna and a small salad. Gonna eat me some string cheese and cheese cubes (mild cheddar of course) for snacks in between also an apple or some other fruit.

G'morning Kat -
My TUESDAY was ...um.... well... lessee, as far as a "day" goes, it was a great day, nice weather - even opened up the windows and aired out the house, so i can't complain about that.
HOWEVER (there's always something to complain about in life, right?) ...However, as far as taking care of ME, drinking all my H20, eating all the right food choices, moving my body, etc, I was absolutely terrible. Yikes - the after Holiday Slump can be a wicked thing to shake off. Sat around ALL day in my jammies, house shoes and robe (yep, the entire day) watched TV, read a book, watched more TV - only true activity was walking to and from the bathroom, to and from the kitchen, oh and of course when I had to make dinner. Cooking is exercise, right?
Promised Paul I'd make his favoite homemade clam chowder - so so so good (taste wise) so so so bad (calorie wise) and of course, the chef (ME) had to sample this stupid dumb evil 10 quart pan of CALORIES the entire day. I don't even wanna run a ten key to the calories I consumed yesterday, suffice it to say, it was probably over the 3500 = a flippin' pound, scales.
Anyway - new day, new determination, new energy.
My HOPE is to DETOX the carbs from my body - have a protein shake for breakfast and a snack, 100 ounces of water, minimum! ...and only salads (with fresh turkey slices for protein) for lunch and dinner. That should keep the calories right at a 1000 and Im gonna have to do that for at least the next week.
We'll see!

Hi my little kitty kat....Yesterday was busy...took my son shopping, went to see a lawyer (alot of legal babble I am still trying to get straight) then home to try to calm the comfusion...I am hoping to do better today with my fluids, protein and food.....

Am very busy around the house with packing and rearranging things...alot of excersise wouldn't you say? At 10:30 this am, I have an appt with my therapist and then tonight I have to go through another sleep study...all the wires, etc. Yuck.

Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Not sure what I will eat today...had refried beans yesterday and some mashed potatoes...Gotta watch my calories better...it is so hard with this pureed diet.
Anyway, I hope everyone has a very good and pleasant day...I am going to try but the hubs is home this week and it is going to be very tense.

Well I jogged a mile today. Went to the tanning bed and my butt is burnned. That thing hasn't seen day light in a long time and it is not happy with me For breakfast I had a CIB, lunch a piece of fish, dinner a taco salad. About to give Michael a bath a put him to bed then me and Mike are gonna get cozy with some blockbuster movies.
