Watcha eat today???
Hey gang guess what....... its time for watcha eat today.
Before breakfast 4oz milk
Breakfast 1 scrambled egg
Snack 4oz Dann. carb control drink
Lunch sf pudding
Diner 4oz milk
Snack I will drink about 16 ounces of crystal lite before I go to bed.
I am back to full liquids for the next three weeks, so my entries will be all fluids.
Exercise, not much today just walked around the house.

sf jello w/1/3 cup dannon fat free sugar free plain yogurt w/splenda
8 WoW chips w/ 2 tbs dip (Neufchatel + non-fat sour cream + Knorr
veg. soup mix)
Power Crunch Bar
I am closer to my limit of 1500 for today than I like to be. I will do better tomorrow. 5 Shake DAY.

The list would be SMALLER if I told'ya what I did NOT eat yesterday!
Vew'y vew'y bad day for me - not only was it a nonstop grazing kinda day, the things I grazed on where very high in calories. If I had to guess the calories in a bowl of my home made clam chowder, it's probably right at 500. Oh, and I had 3 bowls of the stuff. We won't even talk about the other things that made it into my mouth .....in between the chowder feedings.
New day, new energy, new determination, right?
