Oh, Keith, Thank you so much for the encourageing words. It really helps to talk with others who have been there. It is hard but better things are coming to both of us. It is their loss not ours. I am very lucky that I have no children with him and we were only married for 3 years. He used me ... took control of my disability check and controlled my entire life...no more...Butterflies are free!!!! Sounds like you are doing wonderfully...almost at the 100 pound goal..what an amazing feat. I can't wait to really start seeing the results but I have only been 3 weeks out. Betsy, Thank you. Was talking to a friend of mine and she asked me what my goal was and I told her that according to the height and weight charts I'm "suppose" to weigh 189lbs. She said, "So you're 32lbs away from goal?" TO SAY THE LEAST MY JAW DROPPED! Just never did the math and I didn't realize I was that close to goal! Crazy isn't it!!!! Good luck in your journey!
