terrible pains..

I was wondering if anyone has terrible stomach/chest pains after they cut out caffeine and sodas...these pains come and go but they are getting worse each time.

I have only heard of terrible headaches. Keep an eye on that and see if they let up. Your PCP can probably tell you over the phone if that is normal. Did you try a Google search of caffeine withdrawal? Lois

Like Lois...I haven't heard of this but I guess anything is possible. Did you go cold turkey? I had to wean myself off gradually but I feel much better being off of them. Let us know what happens as I am curious...may not be being off caffene and something else..check with your doctor. Hugs a bunch Betsy

No, I have not heard of that. Maybe you should ask your family doc, or surgeon. Just to make sure nothing else is going on. Melissa
