Lets do this everyday. Watcha eat today?
Hey family I read on lots of other boards all the time. On those boards most of them have someone that posts about what everyone has eaten that day. I read through them and thought it was a good idea. So here goes
B- 4oz SF CIB
L- 1 egg w/ shredd chese, milk
D- my own protein shake mix 12 oz milk, 1/2 bannan, 2tablespoons PB, and one container of SF choc. pudding.
S- have not had one yet today.
I also have gotten in lots of water today as well as a mile walk.

I am not telling you all of it not too much good, just easy to get down for now.....I had a Steak Quesidilla from Taco Bell for lunch (I honestly dont think I had breakfast, other than a protein drink) and for dinner I had 1/2 lb crab legs and about 1/4 cup green beans.....not much, I guess, I need to get better about eating......

I posted on my long update, but will again here to maintain momentum.
am: 7 oz Lite Soy Milk, 1 scoop Matrix chocolate (YUM)
lunch: 2 scoops Nectar Fuzzy Navel, 16 oz H20.
snack: sf jello
Then learned of my rescheduled surgery so:
dinner: Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad w/balsamic vinagrette from Mcds,
diet coke
snack: 1 long-awaited Power Crunch Bar (YUM), arrived just when I had
to start 5 shake diet
935 calories
My pedometer registered 4.43 miles at work, but I wonder if it doesn't click everthing I lean over, etc. I made a point of taking more steps, but it doesn't feel like 4 miles. I think I will have ti invest in a more expensive pedometer.
