Smoking Thanks

Thanks you all, I am going to see my medical doctor tomorrow. And talk to him about the controll of sugar and smoking. for the first 2 days I used the patch and then I had to take it off because I was feeling sick to my stomach. So day 4 was to much. I will take all of your advice for sure. I will work at my 40 year habit. I'll keep you all posted on how it is going. Any of you all live around Williamsburg????? Elvera, Congratulations on taking those first stop smoking steps. I quite four years ago when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. For me the hardest part was getting used to not having something to hold when I was driving because it had just been so ingrained that I got in, pushed the lighter, got out a cigarette and then started the car. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck because I know how hard it is! Liz
