Snacks
OH MY! What a good posting!!!
I love all these snack ideas, and I'm going to definitely make some of Kathy's nut mix... as soon as I'm able to eat nuts, which should be soon!
The only other thing I can think of... and I'm a crunch-loving snack person too... is reduced fat and low carb crackers with a little cheese or peanut butter. Some of them have a touch of protein, but you want to add more protein to help you fill up, as well as add protein
