Breakfast 1/2 whole wheat english muffin w/ 1tbsp pbutter
Snack apple
Lunch 1/4 c fried rice & 1/2 cup steam veggies
Snack 1/4 of a southbeach protein bar
Dinner - broken up over 2 hours.... 1 cup of Cobb Salad & then later 1/2 cup of chicken chili w/ 1 1/2 tbsp of cottage cheese mixed in.
so far thats only 717cal 34 fat 73carbs 38 protein
Im thinking of maybe making a protein drink w/ Carb couuntdown and 1 scoop of unjury which would bring my count up to :
852 cal 34fat 79carb 66 protein
