Goodbye 300s!

It's been ages since I've been around these parts, but need to take a quick moment to say that I'm officially under 300 lbs! That's 136 lbs gone forever! I never thought it would happen - I'm so thankful for the past 9 months and all the changes that have happened in my life! We're all the best losers around! Ruth 435/299/???

Congratulations!!! I finally got to 299 a week before Christmas. I was elated. Things are moving slower now as I just got to 290. Wont it be great when we gett to 199!!! Shannon C.
