Skipping workout?

Once you start thinking skipping your workout is an option, the likelihood of you going gets very slim. Skip two workouts in a row and you’re 60% more likely to skip the next one as well. Instead, think of reasons why you should go, why you want to go. Being too busy to workout is a bad excuse. The truth is your workout can make you far more productive. If you work out over lunch it’s a fact that you’ll have more energy during the afternoon. If you’re on a trip and your time is limited, work out in your hotel room: Jog in place, do jumping jacks, and use water bottles as weights. Employ a no-excuses workout plan and you’ll be surprised how easy it is to get ‘er done.
