1. Don’t hang out where the food is. At home, limit your time in the kitchen. At parties, separate yourself from the buffet table. Try to have conversations on the sofa and not at the table.
2. Think small. Take less than you think you want. You may be surprised to find you are satisfied with less.
3. Enjoy but don’t indulge. Remember, the best bites of any food are the first ones. It doesn’t get better the more you eat. Have a bite or two and be done.
