I just joined this website today.  I'm in Va Beach.  I"m getting my surgery 13 Feb 2013 at Portsmouth NMH.  I started this by attending a Sentara info session.  Lucky me, Portsmouth picked it up.  I attend both Sentara's support group sessions as well as Portsmouths.

 

 

I've heard good things about Portsmouth, best of luck! I've never been one for support groups but I'm thinking I should give it a try... 2yrs post op and having trouble with food choices and new ideas :/

I didn't like sentaras program fee. Only reason I didn't go to Sentara. Normally I do! Welcome aboard!!!

Bon secours has a good support group every 2nd Thursday of the month. Next one is valentines day at the one off south plaza trail
