Anthem

Hi,
   My name is JoJo.  I am a 46 yr old female. I have a letter from my Dr. stating Gastric Bypass is medically nessecery for my healt due to several health issues. Here's the problem, I have Anthem Healthkeepers but no rider. Please help me is there anyway anthem will approve me because I have this letter? I would appreciate all the help I can get on this.

I was Federal BCBS Anthem.   Depends on your insurance and if you company took on WLS.   Good luck
