Hello everyone,
Friday, 13 May was my one month anniversary.  Up to this point everything has been good, except for the infection I got in one of my incisions.  To be honest, I thought I was going to lose a lot more weight but my doctor said that 4-5 lbs a week was a good rate given my starting weight.  I can also say that foods taste a lot diffrent to me know.  About the only thing that still has the same flavoe is watermelon.  I am wondering how I am going to live on more than just protein shakes at this point.  At any rate, this too shall pass.

Hello,
hope you are doing well. My surgery is May 25 and I start all liquid diet tomorrow. I am excited and anxious. I just signed up for this website and I was trying to find someone to talk to.. my family,  trying to explain what is going on is getting lost in translation. I really just wanted someone to talk to and to support and get support in return. I feel lost right now and I don't know why.. thanks for reading this.. have a nice evening..

Hapooy one month surgiversary!  DO NOT BE DISSAPOINTED by results thus far.  You have a LONG road a head to success.  Focus on you surgeon's dietery suggestions, food portions and vitatimin supplimets this early out.  Grats to contiuned success.  :)
