Hi
Kendra
I do feel blessed to have him after hearing all the good things about him. I met with him once and he was very nice and patient with me. Answer all my questions. I have yet to met anyone there that was was not nice or smiling. Even on the phone they are as nice and helpful as can be. So I have been put at ease.
I am a member of the Y in KG. I use to go quite a bit but I got a promotion at work and my hours changed so I don't go as much as I would like. I will be trying a little harder to get there after work even though I may be tired because I need to start working on my execerise and getting myself use to doing it.. lol I guess I just need to get in a routine.
I can't wait to be on the losers bench and starting my new life. :) Are there any Support Groups Closer to KG that you know of?
Kendra
We used to have a support group in Fredericksburg, but no longer.
You might want to try some of the Aqua classes at the Y, easier on the joints and easier due to buoyancy. Then you can keep working your way up to more strenous classes as your fitness level increases. I'll be resuming my Aqua Arthritis class on Thursday nights in October. I've been sidelined this month due to plastic surgery!

I am in the same boat! I turned in the last requirement on Monday and now I'm waiting for an answer. So far, Dr. Halmi has been great! I live in Woodbridge, but I teach down in Fredericksburg. Good luck!
