i have been amazed...

today is exactly 4 months since i got "back to basics" ...and to my wonderful surprise, my wls tool, my good ol lil pouch...STILL WORKS!

i have lost 20 pounds in 4 months...all by:

1)  increasing my water intake to ~100 ounces per day
2)  increasing protein intake, eating protein FIRST
3)  decreasing sugar and bad carb intake
4)  increasing exercise
5)  stopping myself before i eat something and asking myself if im really hungry.  alot of times, i believe im thirsty instead of hungry
6)  believing in the wonderful tool i have and appreciating the wonderful health i have
7) smiling more!!   makes me feel good and makes others happy as well!
8)  keeping a positive outlook ..
9)  talking about how wonderful i feel!
10 LIVING LIFE!

i just wanted to share my few thoughts with you today....hope everyone is doing well and taking care of themselves
miss everyone muches!!

You are such an inspiration!  I need to get back to basics...last Thursday was 1 year for me and I have started eating a few things I shouldnt be.  I still watch my portions closely though!!

Congrats!! You are doing a wonderful job!

Congrats to u..... Ill be 5 yrs out this Oct. and my tool is still working I have to date lost 38 pounds from my last appointment to seeing my surgeon and 6 pounds in the past 2 weeks. I started at 410 and now at 169 my surgeon told me last week he never expected me to go past 200. Well I proved him wrong. My own personal goal was 175 but I have gone past that and Ill cont. to go as afr as it will let me. Keep up the good work...
