Monday checkin On track
Hello everyone.. .. well today started off alittle rough i had my 13 month old wake me up crying and screaming at 2am.. i finally went back to sleep at 4 then had to get up to get the kids ready for school at 6am... boy am i sleepy, but today i had my check up with dr halmi.. it went well i fessed up to being a bad patient and stopped doing what i was suppose to do and thought the surgery would do the work for me.. he noticed i lost some weight asked me what i was doing and told me i was doing everything i should.. and to keep up the good work.. i told him my goal is to be 150.. he said 160 would be good for me... but i still want to be in the 50s lol i got my lab sheet from him to go get my blood work done... first time in 4 yrs... i was bad bad bad.. i know but im now a good patient.. lol

then today going to the gym after dinner couldnt go this morning
